With over 5 years of board experience and financial leadership, Mr. Mahadev founded Mersault Capital to transform the healthcare landscape through strategic acquisitions of primary care medical practices. Prior to Mersault, he honed his expertise as CFO of ProMake LTD, overseeing complex financial operations and driving operational efficiency.
Combining his deep financial acumen and operational insight, Mr. Mahadev has developed a proven methodology for streamlining practice management and enhancing profitability through centralized support services. His hands-on leadership and extensive network position him to identify high-value opportunities and deliver exceptional long-term returns for investors.
A former NCAA Division I swimmer and participant in the Olympic Trials, he combines discipline and precision in both his career and athletic pursuits.
Dr. Dorrance also serves as our MSO's Chief Medical Officer and has been caring for patients in the veteran community for over 25 years. He served in the U.S. Navy for more than 35 years before retiring at the rank of Captain. During his military service he served as the Chief Medical Officer in the U.S. Navy, and Chief of Medicine at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
Dr. Dorrance has also had numerous operational deployments including serving aboard the USS HEWITT (DD-966), USS ACADIA (AD-42) and USNS COMFORT as the Assistant Director for Medical Services during recovery operations following Hurricane Katrina. In addition, in 2010, he served as Director of Branch Clinic, Expeditionary Medical Facility, Kuwait. Dr. Dorrance holds an academic appointment as Associate Professor of Medicine and faculty appointment in the Department of Health Services Administration at USUHS.
Alexander Auster is a U.S.-qualified associate at a leading magic circle law firm in Frankfurt, Germany, specializes in equity and debt capital markets transactions, including IPOs, rights issues, and bond offerings. A skilled negotiator and communicator, he advises diverse clients on complex deals and drafts critical transaction documents.
Admitted to both the New York and Frankfurt Bars, Alexander is also a member of the German-American Lawyers Association e.V.

Dennis Flint is a nationally recognized healthcare leader, consultant, and award-winning educator with over 20 years of operational and revenue-cycle management experience in single- and multi-specialty practices and MSOs. He authored The Managed Care Guide, hailed as the definitive resource for practitioners and consultants, and developed Availity's 12-part "Value-Based Transformation" training. As a thought leader in alternative payment models, Flint has spearheaded strategic growth projects—from a hospital/ASC joint venture at St. Anthony Summit to rural clinic funding with DaVita and co-chairing the county's first community clinic.
A U.S. Air Force Academy graduate (B.S. Organizational Behavior), he served as a Top Instructor Pilot and Aircraft Commander on sensitive missions and competed on the USAF Select ski team.

She has held dual roles as CEO and CFO across several organizations, leading initiatives ranging from post-acquisition integration to financial turnarounds.
Known for rapidly enhancing cash management using existing resources, Jeanne bridges financial and clinical functions to deliver insights beyond standard reporting and data analysis.
She holds both a JD and an MA in Hospital and Health Administration from the University of Iowa and is the recipient of the U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) award for exceeding goals set for the Organ Donation Breakthrough Collaborative.
Jeanne has contributed to legislative review committees for the Iowa State Bar Association and is an active member of the National Rural Healthcare Association’s Grassroots Advocacy. She frequently lectures on healthcare finance and has
developed curricula in revenue cycle and financial management for institutions including
Texas A&M, Bradley University, and Drake University, in partnership with HFMA.
She currently serves as Chair of the Midwest Network of the
International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC) and is the author and coordinating editor
for the Intensive Care section of the American Bankruptcy Institute Journal.
Dr. Mehraj Mattoo is a noted British investment banker known for his pioneering work in alternative investments and structured products. As the Global Head of Asset Management at Commerzbank AG, he was instrumental in incorporating structured products into hedge funds, promoting institutional investment and industry growth.
He also launched the first Computational Intelligence group in the City, utilizing neural networks for asset allocation. Dr. Mattoo holds a PhD from the University of London and has held esteemed positions, including ALI Fellow and Senior Fellow at Harvard University, as well as a visiting scholar at MIT Sloan. Dr. Mohan Kaul has a distinguished career spanning diplomacy, economic development, and corporate governance. As a member of the UN Secretary General's Management Efficiency Group, he evaluated Nobel Laureate Mohammed Yunus' Grameen Bank and addressed a special session of the UN General Assembly on Public Management.
During his tenure with the Commonwealth, he played a pivotal role in expanding over $4 trillion in trade and facilitating over $300 billion in investment flows. As Founder of the Commonwealth Business Forum, he worked alongside world leaders, including Nelson Mandela and Tony Blair, to promote global economic cooperation.
Dr. Babita Jyoti, M.D., MRCP (UK), Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists, is a prominent oncologist and among the first in the U.S. to complete a Fellowship in Pediatric and Adult Proton Therapy at the University of Florida Health Proton Therapy Institute. Prior to moving to the U.S., she trained in the UK, finishing a residency in Internal Medicine in Manchester and a dual residency in Medical and Radiation Oncology at the Clatterbridge Cancer Centre.
Dr. Jyoti is a prolific contributor to medical literature, authoring book chapters, peer-reviewed articles, and 10 books in the British Medical Journal Clinical Review series, while also serving as an examiner at Manchester Medical School.
